The Owner
Ian Murphy
Ian is your host and one of your experienced guides. He has fished in the Top End extensively over the last ten years and holds several Northern Territory record captures. On the two occasions he has competed in the Northern Territory titles held in Gove, he has been a member of the winning team and achieved selection in the overall champion team.
Ian has a Diploma in Applied Science (Marine Resources) and a Degree in Applied Science (Protected Area Management). His commitment to looking after the marine resources so that they can be enjoyed for years to come is unquestionable. His mission is to manage the environment so that you can come back to enjoy the world class fishing and pristine environment for years to come.
During the last few years, Ian has developed strong relationships with some of the regions traditional owners allowing him (and his guests) access to areas usually inaccessible to regular visitors.
Ian is Master V qualified (skipper) and holds a St Johns Senior First Aid certificate as required by law.
